    Warranty

    OEM’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

    F.D. Signworks, LLC (“IdentiFire”) warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:

    ONE (1) YEAR pertaining to adhesive properties
    5 years pertaining to glow properties
    5 years pertaining to reflective properties

    from the date of original retail purchase.

    If a defect exists, at its option, IdentiFire will:

    (1) repair the product at no charge, using new materials
    (2) exchange the product with a product that is new and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
    (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

    A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes IdentiFire’s property.

    To start an RMA, please fill this form out and send pictures of any issues with your product to sales@identifiresafety.com with your order number and name.

    When a refund is given, your product becomes IdentiFire’s property.

    Obtaining Warranty Service

    At the customer’s expense, mail the product to IdentiFire to the following address:

    Upon receipt of product, IdentiFire™ will inspect and test for any misuse of product. IdentiFire™ will not warranty product if it is determined that the product was intentionally misused or subjected to unrealistic fire conditions, such as but not limited to direct flame contact with a torch, flare, or lighter.

    If it is determined that the product has not been misused by the customer, IdentiFire will replace the product as stated above in Warranty Coverage.

    Terms and Conditions

    IdentiFire™, a product under F.D. Signworks, LLC., will not be held liable for any injuries, or damages arising from the use, or misuse of any products sold via mail order, telephone, fax, web site, store location, or by one of our company representatives. Warantees hereby expressesd are strictly those of the manufacturer. F.D. Signworks, LLC. does not issue warantees above those stated by the manufacturer.

    Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month until the balance is paid off. Customer checks returned due to non-sufficient funds will be charged a fixed fee of $40.00 plus all AFS bank charges. By receiving the above listed goods, the purchaser agrees to these terms. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders, to include colors and sizes which are not a normally stocked item, imprinted goods, or tailored/altered items etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine his/her department policies on placement of 3rd party accessories for SCBA and Helmet’s. Placing a 3rd party accessory on your PPE that was not there when originally tested with the PPE manufacturer could possibly void the warranty or make the PPE non-compliant. IdentiFire™ will not be held liable for any voided warrantees or compliance issues.

     

    Changing or Canceling Orders

    If you have submitted an order and need to change it, we will do our best to help you out. However, if your order has custom products that need to be changed, and they have already been processed, we will not be able to remake your items for no charge. Please understand that these products take time to make, and the materials we use are very expensive.

    Mobile Terms of Service

    The IdentiFire Safety mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by IdentiFire Safety (“IdentiFire Safety”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

    By consenting to IdentiFire Safety’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of IdentiFire Safety through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

    You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with IdentiFire Safety. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

    We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

    You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18886216932 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other IdentiFire Safety mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

    We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

    The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
