Here at IdentiFire™ we understand that many of our customers are purchasing as a recognized tax exempt organization.
In order to comply with State and Federal law, we use the following process so we can properly apply that exemption to your purchase.
Please read this entire page first before following the process.
***Note: We ONLY collect sales tax in OH, NC, IL, IN, FL, and KY. If you are not purchasing from those States, you will not pay sales tax, and do not have to follow this process.***
Find the products you intend to purchase, and add them to your cart. Make sure you have your entire order in the cart before proceeding to Step 2.
Once your entire order is in the cart, proceed to checkout.
Fill in the following checkout fields with your information:
***Do Not Complete Checkout At This Point. By Starting Checkout, We Can Find Your Order and Apply The Exemption***
Once you have entered all the information in checkout, simply close the window and leave it. It will create an order in our system that we will add the exemption to.
Then, email a copy of your official Tax Exemption Certificate to sales@identifiresafety.com
Please include the information from your order in the email.
We will add your exemption and send you a link to complete the order.
