You brought the idea. We'll make it real. But for it to print clean and look right, we need your file set up correctly before it gets to us. Read this first -- it'll save both of us a back-and-forth.
Best results -- vector files:
These scale without losing sharpness and give us the cleanest output. If you can get us a vector file, do it.
Also accepted -- high-resolution raster files:
Raster files must be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. 300 DPI is the floor. The higher the better.
If your file came from a website, a phone screenshot, or a photo of a printout, it won't print clean. We'll let you know if that's what we're working with.
Minimum: 300 DPI at final print size.
DPI is dots per inch -- it's how sharp your image is. Below 300 and the print goes blurry or pixelated. We don't guess on quality. If your file doesn't meet the threshold, we'll tell you before anything gets made.
We accept both RGB and CMYK. Our printer handles the conversion. Either works -- just don't expect a pixel-perfect match to what you see on your screen. Monitor calibration varies and printed output will always look slightly different than a screen.

If you're not sure, reach out before you upload. Better to sort it out upfront.
IdentiFire™ reserves the right to refuse any custom order at our sole discretion. This includes -- but is not limited to -- submissions that don't meet print quality standards, requests involving copyrighted or trademarked material, and any content we determine we cannot or will not produce. No exceptions.
If we can't move forward with your submission, we'll tell you why and give you the chance to resubmit with corrected artwork where applicable.
Send it. We'll take a look and let you know exactly what needs to change if something's off. You'll hear from us before anything moves to production.
